Cancellation, Return and Delivery Conditions

Our company protects consumer rights and prioritizes after-sales customer satisfaction. Any dissatisfaction you may experience with the products you purchase and any problems arising from production and service are evaluated meticulously and resolved as soon as possible.
You can return the product you have purchased in the same condition as you received it within 3 (working days) from the delivery date, without opening/destroying/spoiling the packaging or using the product. It is not possible to return special products (printed products prepared specifically for the buyer, etc.). Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
The return must be made with a petition or return form that includes the product to be returned, the product invoice, your order number and the reason for the return.
The terms and conditions regarding product returns are as follows;
Required Conditions and Principles for Return:
1.    Returns must be made with the product's original box and/or packaging. (The original box/packaging is the product's own packaging, if available.)
2.  In cases where it detects any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use or other situations in the product and its packaging and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.
3.  The packaging has been opened/deteriorated, it has been destroyed or has lost its economic value/resaleability, it has been used even once, it has been damaged in any way, it cannot be purchased by another customer due to reasons not originating from our Company, etc. Returns of products are not accepted. 
4.  The customer is obliged to return the product in the same condition as when it was delivered to him and, if used, to compensate for the loss of commercial value of the product due to use.
5.  Open and check the packages you think were damaged during shipment in front of the representative of the company you received them from. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report with the cargo company. Please remember that after the product is received, you accept that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty fully.
6.  Products that are individually produced upon the buyer's request or made personalized by making changes or additions are outside the scope of the right of return/withdrawal.
7.  If the product you are returning was purchased with a corporate invoice, that is, if the invoice was issued in the name of the company, it must be sent together with the invoice issued by your company when returning it. The return invoice must be issued without including the shipping share (product unit price + VAT).
8.  In cases where the above conditions are met, the shipping fee for the returned product belongs to the buyer.
9.  If the customer returns the product or withdraws from the purchase, your return request will be approved within ten (10) days from the moment the returned product reaches our company, and if the return terms and conditions are met, and the product price will be refunded. The product return fee to the credit card is paid by your bank within 2-6 weeks. During this period, our company has no savings and our company does not have any responsibility.
Money order refunds will be made within 2 (Two) business days, and Credit Card refunds will be made within 3 (Three) business days. Your bank may reflect the refund on your credit card account on the same day. In this situation you need to call the credit-card services of your bank.

When refunding installment credit card payments, the entire amount is paid at once to your credit card bank. After this stage, the bank deposits and withdraws this amount to your credit card every month, equal to the installment amount (it is reflected on the statement as + and –). This process continues for as many months as the number of installments.
After your order is confirmed, your order will be delivered to the cargo company after the product is prepared and the invoicing procedures are completed. After your order is delivered to cargo, the delivery time of the products may vary depending on the delivery address and the delivery speed of the cargo company. You can get detailed information from the relevant cargo company.

Your cargo will be delivered to you by the cargo personnel upon signing the cargo delivery receipt. After signing the cargo delivery slip, we recommend that you open and check the cargo package, even if there is no problem with the cargo packaging. If there is any mistake in the package content or the products are damaged, you must have the cargo officer prepare a damage assessment report and contact our Company.
If the cargo company that will make the delivery cannot reach anyone at the address you specified, they will leave a note at your door. You can find the addresses and telephone numbers of the cargo branch that will deliver to you on the relevant compass. The cargo branch will keep your parcel for 3 days. If you do not receive your cargo within 3 days and it cannot reach you, your order will be sent back to us. You can get more detailed information by contacting the cargo branch specified on the compass.
Delivery Tracking:
The time we allow for delivery on our order form is 100% tolerant of the time we can deliver.
In case of any error at the specified address, the orderer is contacted regarding the order that cannot be delivered. The validity of the e-mail address specified by our visitor is confirmed by the automatic e-mail sent after the order is transferred. We have a responsibility to the bank whose credit card system we use, as well as to the customer, regarding the delivery.
Delivery Method:
The user can choose 2 different ways as delivery method. The user who chooses one of the 2 methods: company delivery or courier delivery is responsible for paying the shipping fee.
